Ellen Johnson Sirleaf the Liberian President on Monday arrived Nigeria and met with President Muhammadu Buhari. It was gathered that she would brief President Buhari on sub-regional security challenges ahead of the 3rd Dakar International Forum on Peace and Security in Africa slated for Dec. 5 and Dec. 6.
